Returns/Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Limited Edition products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from gradedguard.com. 

To start a return, use the return option in your customer account.

If your return is accepted as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the final return amount. If shipping was initially paid on the order, it is not subject to refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns: 

International returns may be requested in our International Portal

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, Limited Edition, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refused Delivery: International Orders
If delivery is refused on an international order, the package is generally sent to a facility for disposal and is not returned to GradedGuard. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries or when a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes to receive the order.

Returned to Sender: Domestic Orders
If your order is returned to us without prior notice due to an issue with the shipping address, you will be refunded your order amount minus any paid shipping fees. These orders are not subject to reshipping. 


Limited Warranty: Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage to packaging does not qualify under the warranty. 

There is a 30 day limited warranty on all GradedGuard brand products against manufacturer defect or breakage/product failure due to manufacturer defect during proper use. GradedGuard cases must be installed per installation instructions and fitted on an appropriate slab (i.e., standard GradedGuard PSA case installed on a standard PSA slab) for warranty coverage. GradedGuard is not responsible for damage to slabs or cases as a result of improper use, or installation or installation on a non-compatible slab.
