For orders below $50, a flat fee of $7 will be applied. Free shipping is only available for gradedguard.com orders and does not apply to Limited Edition orders placed through third-party partners such as EQL.Third-Party Products: For products sourced from third-party vendors such as Phantom Display, etc., carrier rates will apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You&#x2019;ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from gradedguard.com.&#xA0; To start a return, use the return option in your&#xA0;<a href="https://shopify.com/54894690465/account" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">customer account</a>. If your return is accepted as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.&#xA0;Return shipping cost will be deducted from the final return amount. If shipping was initially paid on the order, it is not subject to refund. These orders are not subject to reshipping.&#xA0; <h2 id="isPasted">Limited Warranty: Damages and issues</h2> Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damage to packaging does not qualify under the warranty.&#xA0;There is a 30 day <a href="https://gradedguard.com/pages/warranty" rel="noopener" target="_blank" style=" text-decoration: underline;">limited warranty</a> on all GradedGuard brand products against manufacturer defect or breakage/product failure due to manufacturer defect during proper use. GradedGuard cases must be installed per <a href="https://gradedguard.com/pages/installation" style=" text-decoration: underline;">installation instructions</a> and fitted on an appropriate slab (i.e., standard GradedGuard PSA case installed on a standard PSA slab) for warranty coverage.
