Who is EQL and why have we partnered with them?

Can I cancel my entry after the release window closes?
Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw your entry once the release window closes. Once an entry is confirmed, it means that you agree to purchase the product should your order be approved.
Can I enter the launch multiple times?
We want everyone to have a fair chance of entering the launch and getting the products they love. Therefore, only one entry per person, per product will be allowed. EQL allows for up to 2 entries per household.
Can I win more than one launch on the same day?
Yes! Each launch is draw separately so it is possible to be selected for more than one launch on the same day.
How do I know if my entry was successful?
If you are selected in the launch you will be alerted via email. You will also receive an additional email with the order confirmation for the item you bought.
Can International customers enter EQL draws?
Yes! We accept international entries through our EQL International Portal. If selected for the draw, you will receive a separate email with a link to checkout and pay. Winners have 24 hours to complete payment from the closing of the draw. No payment
What are my shipping options for Limited Edition releases?
US Orders. Limited Edition orders for US based customers are shipped with standard shipping (usually USPS Ground Advantage). Orders are shipped within the timeframe listed in the initial product listing. Remember that timeframe is business days only

Who charges the fee? What shows up on my bank statement? Where do I find my invoice?
The fee is charged by EQL and will appear as a separate charge from EQL in your bank statement. If you’re using EQL’s Shopify App, the fee will be charged by the retailer and then collected by EQL.
Why do only winners pay?
The fee is only charged to those who successfully and fairly secure a product through an EQL launch. EQL does not think it's right that everyone should have to pay just for the chance to participate or to increase their chances for future launches. A
